M\u00f6chtest du als StudentIn dein vorgeschriebenes Psychologie-Praktikum in eine au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche und anregende Erfahrung verwandeln, fernab von Kaffeekochen und Kopierarbeiten?<\/p>\n<p>Dann ist ein Praktikum in einer Regionalstelle der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.meg-hypnose.de\/home\" target=\"_blank\">Milton-Erickson-Gesellschaft<\/a> genau das Richtige f\u00fcr dich!<\/p>\n<h2>Warum ein Psychologie-Praktikum in einem Milton-Erickson-Institut?<\/h2>\n<p>Was Gespr\u00e4chsf\u00fchrung, Coaching und Therapie betrifft, habe ich in meinen Praktika zehnmal mehr gelernt als in meinem Studium.<\/p>\n<p>Ich selbst habe \u00fcber 2 Jahre hinweg Praktika an verschiedenen Instituten f\u00fcr Klinische <a href=\"https:\/\/hypnose.de\/blog\/was-ist-hypnose\/\" target=\"_blank\">Hypnose<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/hypnose.de\/blog\/was-ist-hypnotherapie\/\" target=\"_blank\">Hypnotherapie<\/a> gemacht (Heidelberg: 8 Monate; Hamburg: 3 Monate; Wien: 1 Jahr). Diese Zeit war f\u00fcr mich pers\u00f6nlich sehr fruchtbar. In Trainings und Coachings erlebe ich mich seitdem um ein Vielfaches wirksamer, und ich habe auch mehr Spa\u00df daran. Auch habe ich durch die Hypnose-Techniken viel gelernt, was meinen Alltag und meine Beziehungen zu den Menschen um mich herum enorm bereichert hat.<\/p>\n<h2>Was lernst du in einem Praktikum in einem Milton-Erickson-Institut?<\/h2>\n<p>Die Praktika unterscheiden sich nat\u00fcrlich von Institut zu Institut. Trotzdem gibt es einige Einblicke, die du in jedem Institut bekommen wirst:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Du hast in der Regel die M\u00f6glichkeit, den Lehrgang Klinische <a href=\"https:\/\/hypnose.de\/blog\/was-ist-hypnose\/\" target=\"_blank\">Hypnose<\/a> mitzumachen. Das Wissen und die F\u00e4higkeiten, die du in diesem Curriculum entwickeln wirst, sind f\u00fcr deine zuk\u00fcnftige Karriere als Coach oder Therapeutin unbezahlbar. Bevor du dich allerdings als <a href=\"https:\/\/hypnose.de\/blog\/hypnotherapie-ausbildung\/\" target=\"_blank\">HypnotherapeutIn<\/a> bezeichnen darfst, musst du zun\u00e4chst deine <a href=\"https:\/\/hypnose.de\/blog\/psychotherapeutische-verfahren\/\" style=\"outline: none;\" target=\"_blank\">Psychotherapie-Ausbildung<\/a> abgeschlossen haben.<\/li>\n<li>Du hast Zugriff auf die Bibliothek, die Ressourcen und Videos des Instituts. Wenn du neugierig bist und dich weiterbilden willst, wartet hier ein wahrer Schatz auf dich.<\/li>\n<li>Du lernst von einer gro\u00dfen Zahl an erfahrenen Therapeuten: In die meisten Milton-Erickson-Institute kommen auch Vortragende aus anderen St\u00e4dten. Du lernst also eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher pers\u00f6nlicher Stile kennen, was dir hilft, in Coachings (oder sp\u00e4ter Therapien) deinen ganz eigenen Stil zu entwickeln.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"width: 100%;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"\" src=\"\/\/hypnose.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/workplace-1245776_960_720.jpg\" data-id=\"138\" title=\"workplace-1245776_960_720\" alt=\"praktikum milton erickson institut\" width=\"960\" height=\"640\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Was ist deine Rolle als PraktikantIn?<\/h2>\n<p>In der Regel darfst du als Praktikantin bzw. Praktikant Seminare betreuen, d. h. du sorgst f\u00fcr das Wohl der Teilnehmenden (bspw. die Organisation des Buffets und andere logistische Details). Das bedeutet, dass du vor den Seminaren zeitig da sein solltest, um alles vorzubereiten, und etwas l\u00e4nger bleibst, um die R\u00e4umlichkeiten f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chsten Sitzungen herzurichten.<\/p>\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich dazu fallen in den meisten F\u00e4llen auch andere Aufgaben an: Transkription von Therapiesessions, Mithilfe bei der Seminarorganisation etc. Das unterscheidet sich von Institut zu Institut.<\/p>\n<h2>Was ist die Milton H. Erickson Gesellschaft?<\/h2>\n<p>Die <a href=\"http:\/\/www.meg-hypnose.de\" target=\"_blank\">Milton Erickson Gesellschaft<\/a> ist eine international anerkannte Organisation f\u00fcr Psychotherapie im Bereich <a href=\"https:\/\/hypnose.de\/blog\/was-ist-hypnose\/\" target=\"_blank\">Hypnose<\/a>. Sie wurzelt in den Arbeiten des bemerkenswerten Psychiaters Milton H. Erickson (USA, 1901-1980). Diese Zeit war f\u00fcr mich pers\u00f6nlich sehr fruchtbar. In Trainings und Coachings erlebe ich mich seitdem um ein Vielfaches wirksamer, und ich habe auch mehr Spa\u00df daran. Das Wissen und die F\u00e4higkeiten, die du in diesem Curriculum entwickeln wirst, sind f\u00fcr deine zuk\u00fcnftige Karriere als Coach oder Therapeutin unbezahlbar.
